A new 150,000 s.f. high tech office and manufacturing facility located in Pontiac, Michigan. This new facility more than doubles iM Branded’s existing building. Featuring glass walled offices and conference rooms, shop areas divided with glass walls and glass overhead doors to allow for customers to see the manufacturing process without venturing into the shop itself. The office area is an open concept to allow for maximized employee interaction. The facility features quiet for rooms for personal privacy, large employee break room with private exterior patio, and private telephone rooms.
The facility features high tech LED high bay, linear office and conference room lighting and suspended low profile LED open office lighting. Open office floors are polished concrete and the shop is fully covered with an easy to maintain epoxy coating. Walls are white to allow for maximized client graphics to be displayed through out the facility.
