- Confirmed as-built spaces/dimensions for the building.
- Compared landlord areas (i.e. square footages) to confirmed exiting areas.
- Provided data into a comprehensive space study
- Made determinations on RSF and common areas per BOMA Office Standard, ANSI/BOMA Z65.1-2010.
