425 Person Corporate Relocation

Mason, MI

Freund & Associates relocated over 400 full-time employees into DCC’s new corporate building #6 at 500 Hogsback Road in Mason, Michigan. The building included class-A office space, classroom/training area and photo lab. This project had a demanding schedule due to delayed construction and intensive coordination with construction and furniture contractors to ensure on-time delivery. Moves were conducted in 6 phases to accommodate construction and departmental deadlines.
